YOUR REGIMENT IN A FEW WORDS
Le 515e Régiment du Train (515e RT) est une unité logistique de l'Armée de Terre française. Son histoire remonte à sa création le 1er avril 2010. Il est basé à Brie, dans la région Charente, en France.
Bien que relativement récente, l'unité a été formée pour répondre aux besoins logistiques croissants de l'Armée française, notamment en ce qui concerne le transport, la logistique et le soutien des opérations militaires.
Le 515e RT est spécialisé dans le transport de troupes, de matériel et de fournitures militaires. En tant que régiment du train, il est chargé d'assurer la mobilité des troupes et des équipements sur le terrain, en soutenant les opérations militaires nationales et internationales.
Depuis sa création, le 515e RT a été impliqué dans diverses opérations militaires, tant sur le territoire national qu'à l'étranger. Il a participé à des missions de soutien logistique lors de crises humanitaires, d'opérations de maintien de la paix et d'interventions militaires.
